Handmade Fettuccine Pasta
Handmade Fettuccine is a type of flat pasta and is known as staple food of Italy
Ingredients for Pasta Dough:
· 100g refined flour
· 3 egg yolk
· Pinch of salt
· In bowl, take 100g flour
· Add 3 egg yolk and pinch of salt
· Knead the tight dough and keep for resting
· After resting the dough, roll it with rolling pin and cut it into strips and put it in boiling water for 3-4 mins and drain it.
· Toss pasta in desired sauce and your Pasta is ready to Eat.
