  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Grated garlic - 1 tsp
  • Coriander - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli - 1 full pc
  • Raw paneer - 150-200 gm
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste


  • Add oil in the pan and put garlic & green chillies.
  • Sauté it until you get the aroma of the flavor of garlic & chilies.
  • Add paneer, coriander & chilli flakes and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste and cook it for 3-4 minutes. (Don't make it brown)
  • Sautaéed Paneer Lahsooni is ready to serve.
