Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Grated garlic - 1 tsp
- Coriander - 2 tbsp
- Green chilli - 1 full pc
- Raw paneer - 150-200 gm
- Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Process:
- Add oil in the pan and put garlic & green chillies.
- Sauté it until you get the aroma of the flavor of garlic & chilies.
- Add paneer, coriander & chilli flakes and mix well.
- Add salt to taste and cook it for 3-4 minutes. (Don't make it brown)
- Sautaéed Paneer Lahsooni is ready to serve.
