- Take a plate and apply oil to it and then pour the boiled rice and loosen it. Put Biryani masala and allow it to cool.
- Take a kadhai and on a high flame pour oil now add sliced onions, now after the onions are medium cooked add capsicums, fry then again tomatoes (onion, capsicum, and tomatoes should be sliced)
- Add boiled eggs cut into half and fry.
- Now add red masala, a little turmeric fry and then add a little butter keep on sauteing everything while adding the ingredients.
- Now add the rice. Add a little pav bhaji masala.
- Add a lot of coriander and saute again.
- Serve hot.
